The Duke of Edinburgh's Award - Developing young people The Duke of Edinburgh's Award is committed to providing an enjoyable, challenging and rewarding programme of personal development for young people, which is of the highest quality and the widest reach.

Northamptonshire County Council is the major Operating Authority of The Award for schools and Open Award Groups in the county. It is open to all young people between the ages of 14 and 25 in Northamptonshire.

The Duke of Edinburgh's Award is a registered charity and relies on the generous support of volunteers, Operating Authorities and businesses to meet its commitment to help all young people realise their full potential.
